What is Job Order Contracting (JOC)?
Job Order Contracting is a program for managing construction projects that supports multiple projects in renovation, rehabilitation, and repair. Major advantages to customers include simplified process that is fast and responsive to their needs, excellent quality in construction, and predetermined pricing coefficients and scoping so that there are no surprises.
