Shouldn’t
all construction companies put their customers first?
Absolutely! Unfortunately this is not always the case. And,
not all construction companies start with the mindset and attitude
of putting their customers first. We believe in single source
responsibility and focus on all we do; focusing on our customers
desired end state and results. We want our customers to succeed!
Isn’t
construction by nature a struggle?
We strive to eliminate the animosity and conflict that many
people feel come with construction projects. We think construction
should be a simplified process that is based on performance.
Doing our job with honor, ethically, and with a great attitude
is simply the way we do business.
What is Performance-based Construction?
It is a way to approach construction that focuses on results
and customer satisfaction. Construction done the traditional
way is a commodity. Construction done on a performance basis
provides higher level of quality, value, satisfaction, innovation,
etc.
What is Job Order Contracting (JOC)?
Job Order Contracting is a program for managing construction
projects that supports multiple projects in renovation, rehabilitation,
and repair. Major advantages to customers include simplified
process that is fast and responsive to their needs, excellent
quality in construction, and predetermined pricing coefficients
and scoping so that there are no surprises. Our JOC program
helps customers better manage project backlog at facilities,
campuses, and infrastructures.
